Everyone and everything is made of jing qi shen. “Jing” means matter. “Qi” means energy. Shen includes soul, heart, and mind. The heart houses the mind and the soul. To open one’s heart and soul is to clear blockages from one’s heart and soul. When more and more heart and soul blockages are cleared, mind blockages will follow. Then, energy (qi) and matter (jing) blockages will be cleared more and more.
